Frequently Asked Questions
What is The Savannah Print Society?
The Savannah Print Society is a monthly mail club celebrating the beauty of Savannah, Georgia through printed photography. Each month, members receive a new 5x7 photograph of part of Savannah, a 4x6 photographic postcard, a letter from me, and other Savannah-inspired pieces that may change from month to month.
How much is the monthly membership?
Membership for those residing in the US is $14 per month (includes shipping) + tax and automatically renews each month until you choose to pause or cancel.
Which monthly mailing will I receive when I sign up?
Your first Society mailing will be for the month following the month you join. For example, if you sign up anytime between November 1-30, your first mailing will be the December edition. If you sign up between December 1-31, your first mailing will be the January edition, and so on.
After you sign up, your membership will continue automatically each month unless you choose to pause or cancel.
When will my Society mail be sent?
Society mail will be sent by the third Monday of each month. Once your envelope is on its way, you’ll receive a fulfillment confirmation email so you know to start watching your mailbox.
Will I receive tracking information?
To keep the monthly membership affordable, Society mail is sent through USPS without tracking. You’ll receive an email when that month’s mailing is on its way so you know to start watching your mailbox.
When will I be billed?
Your membership will automatically renew on the same date each month that you originally signed up. For example, if you joined on November 8, your next payment is processed on December 8, and then on the 8th of each month after that.
Your membership is $14/month + tax and will continue to renew automatically unless you pause or cancel.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Absolutely. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time through your customer account.
Just be sure to make any changes before your next renewal is processed. Once a monthly mailing has been billed and prepared, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Can I purchase a previous month’s Society mailing?
If there are extras available! I’ll only be ordering a limited number of each month’s Society mailing. After that month’s envelopes have been sent to members, any extras will be added to the online shop for purchase while supplies last.
Once they sell out, they’re gone. I won’t be ordering additional quantities of past monthly mailings, so an active Society membership is the best way to make sure you don’t miss one.
Can I give a membership to The Savannah Print Society as a gift?
Absolutely! You can make a one-time purchase to gift someone a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month membership of The Savannah Print Society. They’ll receive the same monthly Society mailings as our regular members for the length of their gift membership, with no recurring charges or subscription to cancel.
You’ll just need to have their mailing address handy, as you’ll enter the recipient’s name and address when placing your order.
Because Society mailings are planned one month ahead, you’ll want to purchase the gift the month before you’d like their first mailing to arrive. For more details and examples, see “Which monthly mailing will I receive when I sign up?” above.
What if I move or need to change my address?
You can update your mailing address through your customer account. Please make any address changes before the 1st of each month to make sure your next Society envelope finds its way to the right mailbox.
If you move after that date, reach out to me through the contact form or at hello@thesavannahprintsociety.com as soon as possible.
What happens if my Society mail doesn't arrive?
USPS delivery times can vary, so please allow 14 business days for U.S. orders and 21 business days for international orders after receiving your fulfillment confirmation email for your Society mail to arrive.
If it still hasn’t arrived after that time, please reach out to me through the contact form or by emailing me at hello@thesavannahprintsociety.com so I can help.
